4. Don't understand the company requirements.
5. Behave like a fresher.
6. Don't listen and understand what is being asked.
7. Be over confident.
8. Don't know when to stop talking.
Having a great resume, pleasing appearance and all good things isn't enough.
You will kill your interview if you do ANY one of the above!
