Aesi students...exams are over. So what are you all doing in your vacations. Try your luck in this contest that i am running here for this whole month.The contest is simple and is around the most important event of Indian aerospace this year. The Indian aerospace contest is open open to all aesi students.
The prize that is up for grabs is "nastran work book". I have a spare xerox version of this workbook. The workbook is great if you are interested in NASTRAN and learning it. It has 20+ examples that will help you jump start your learning of nastran. With illustrations and examples this book will be ideal for anyone interested in structural analysis with Msc. NASTRAN
Told you the contest is related to the most important Indian aerospace event of this year. Yes its about chandrayaan!!What you have to do?
You need to solid model the chandayaan spacecraft!! The the modeling can be done is any software that you might have access to. It can be in catia, solidworks or any other modeling tool available.
Chandrayaan-1 will be launched in September 2008. Make a solid model of the spacecraft. For inspiration and spacecraft pictures visit this link.
Rules.
- The model must be saved in IGS format.
- The size should be less than 2mb
- You can submit as many models as you want.
- You can send multiple entries
- You can make the model in any cad software you might want......
Points will be based on originality, realistic and wow factor. so what r u waiting for shoot.....
