Read an interesting blog post that I think everyone in the club will be interested in. The tile of the post is "What hiring managers hate about your resume"
A good post indeed and the author points out Grammatical/spelling errors, unexplained date gaps in work experience, Bad formatting etc, among many things that one must not be guilty of.
Although he mentions IT but these resume-guilt’s are very much applicable to our field. So check out the link
